6.     TOEFL/IELTS (For English Language Programs only)
7.     UKBI (Indonesian Language Proficiency Test) For applicants wishing to enroll in a regular programs (where lecture are conducted in Bahasa Indonesia)
8.     Recommendation letter

After being accepted as a student of Universitas Negeri Jakarta, applicants are required to complete the following documents for student visa application.
 
1. Scanned Passport  (Valid for a minimum of 18 months and at least 3 blank visa pages)
2. Recent passport size photo
3. Bank Statement for the last  3 months
4. Financial Statement
5. A statement letter of financial guarantee (appended by the bank statement) (UNJ Form)
